Phil Martin
Managing Director and Senior Pest Consultant
PGM & Son Pest Control was founded by Phillip Martin who has extensive experience in his field, having trained under James Ostler former Vice President of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and owner of Positive Environmental Hereford, Herefordshire. Phil holds the prestigious RSPH Level 3 Award in Pest Management, a qualification that demonstrates his expertise, which sets us apart from other pest control companies.
Phil’s contributions to the pest control industry have been widely recognised, and was awarded the prestigious British Pest Management Award in 2019 and named a BPCA finalist in both 2021 and 2022. His reputation for excellence also earned him finalist positions in the Herefordshire Business Awards in 2019 and 2022.
Joe Martin
PGM and Son Pest Control would not be complete without Joe. Being involved in the business since a young age, watching his dad (Phil) handle tasks like removing wasp nests. After finishing school Joe gained his RSPH Level 2 qualifications and joined the business full-time. Joe is responsible for servicing commercial customers for rodent management.
